Macaraibo Chocolate Sphere

Hey folks,

The blog seems dusty. Been a long time since I updated it.

Anyway, I went to some dinner few nights ago at InterContinental Hotel.

And here I am, presenting you .. Macaraibo Chocolate Sphere!

The 'sphere' is actually a round chocolate, but melted by a hot chocolate syrup.

The taste: super bloody awesome!
